Is Farmooly free?+
Farmooly is free to download and free for shoppers to use. Vendors pay a small platform fee only when they make a sale — no subscription required to get started. Farmooly Pro ($29/month) is an optional upgrade for vendors who want featured listings, pre-order storefronts, and reduced fees.

How do I contact Farmooly support?+
🛍️ For Shoppers
How do I find farmers markets near me?+
Open the Farmooly app and go to the Markets tab. Farmooly will show you active markets in your area, the vendors who participate, and what's available that week. You can browse by product type, vendor, or market day.
Can I pre-order food before market day?+
Yes! Many vendors offer pre-order storefronts where you can browse their inventory and reserve items before market day. This guarantees you get what you want before it sells out. Pre-orders are paid upfront and ready for pickup at the vendor's booth.
How do I pay at the market?+
Scan the vendor's QR code with your Farmooly app, select your items, and pay — all in a few seconds. Supported payment methods: credit/debit cards, SNAP/EBT, and you can add a tip. No cash needed.
Can I use SNAP/EBT at farmers markets through Farmooly?+
Yes! Farmooly supports SNAP/EBT at participating vendors. Look for the SNAP badge on vendor profiles in the app. This makes it easier to use your benefits to buy fresh, unprocessed food directly from local farmers.
Can I support food bank donations through Farmooly?+
Yes! Farmooly has a built-in donation feature that allows shoppers to donate fresh local food purchases to food banks and community organizations. Look for the donation option at checkout with participating vendors.
What is the Farmooly Health Community?+
Farmooly includes a health and wellness community where you can track your fitness goals, associate your local food purchases with community health challenges, and log health metrics (like blood test results) to see how eating fresh, local, unprocessed food improves your overall health. Access it from the shield icon on the customer home screen.
🌽 For Vendors & Farmers
How do I sign up as a vendor?+
Download the Farmooly app (iPhone, Android, or use the web app), create an account, and choose "Vendor" during setup. You'll be guided through adding your business details, product listings, and payment configuration. It's free to start — you only pay a small fee when you make a sale.
What does Farmooly charge vendors?+
There are no monthly fees to get started. Farmooly charges a small percentage of each sale processed through the platform. Farmooly Pro ($29/month) reduces transaction fees and adds premium features like 2 featured listings and a pre-order storefront. Contact info@farmooly.com for current fee details.
How does scan-and-pay work for my booth?+
Farmooly generates a QR code for your booth. Display it on your table — shoppers scan it with the Farmooly app, choose what they want, and pay instantly. No card reader hardware required. Payments go directly to your linked account on the platform's payout schedule.
Can I accept SNAP/EBT as a vendor?+
Yes. Farmooly supports SNAP/EBT acceptance for participating vendors. Contact info@farmooly.com to get set up. Being SNAP-authorized opens your booth to more customers in the community.
Can I manage my inventory and listings from a computer?+
Yes! The Farmooly web app at app.farmooly.com gives you the full vendor dashboard on your laptop or desktop. Add listings, upload photos, track orders, and manage your catalog — much faster than typing on a phone. Everything syncs instantly with the mobile app.
What is Farmooly Pro and is it worth it?+
Farmooly Pro is $29/month and includes:
  • 2 featured listings (shown prominently to nearby shoppers)
  • Pre-order storefront (shoppers reserve items before market day)
  • Reduced transaction fees
  • Early access to new features
If you sell regularly at market, the pre-order storefront alone can significantly increase your sales by capturing customers who can't make it in person.

🛡️ Health Community
What is the Farmooly Health Community?+

Access it from the shield icon on the customer home screen.
Can I track fitness and food purchases together?+
Yes. The health community lets you associate your local food purchases with fitness tracking and community challenges. It's designed to show how buying fresh, unprocessed, locally-grown food connects to better overall health outcomes — not just for you, but for the whole community.
Can I log blood test results or health metrics?+
Yes. You can log health metrics including blood test results in the Farmooly Health Community. This lets you track how changes in your diet — like buying more local, unprocessed food from farmers markets — affect real health markers over time. Your health data is private by default; you choose what (if anything) to share with the community.
Are community health challenges public?+
Community challenges are visible to other Farmooly members who join them, but your personal health data and specific metrics are private. You can participate in a challenge (e.g. "Eat local 3x a week") and see community-wide progress without sharing your individual health records.

Farmooly accepts credit and debit cards, SNAP/EBT at participating vendors, and supports tip payments for vendors. No cash handling required — everything is processed digitally through the app.
How do I cancel an order and get a refund?+

If you receive something spoiled, unsafe, or significantly not as described, contact the vendor directly first through the Farmooly app — they are your fastest path to resolution. If the vendor is unresponsive, email support@farmooly.com within 24 hours with photos and your order number. See the full refund policy for complete details.
