How do refunds and cancellations work?
You can cancel an order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it, as long as the vendor hasn't started preparing it. Cancel directly from the Receipts screen in the Farmooly app — no need to contact us.

Perishable food items (fresh produce, meat, dairy, eggs, prepared foods) are final sale — no returns or refunds once delivered or picked up, except for documented quality problems. For quality issues, contact the vendor directly first through the Farmooly app. If unresolved, email support@farmooly.com within 24 hours with photos.

Non-perishable items (shelf-stable goods, artisan crafts, merchandise) can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Full refund policy →
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I sign up as a vendor?
Download the app, create an account, and select "Vendor" when prompted. You'll be guided through setting up your profile and first listing. It's free to get started — you only pay a small fee when you make a sale.
Can I use SNAP/EBT through Farmooly?
Yes! Farmooly supports SNAP/EBT payments at participating markets and vendors. Look for the SNAP badge on vendor profiles in the app.
How does scan-and-pay work at the market?
Vendors display a QR code at their booth. Shoppers scan it with the Farmooly app, select items, and pay in seconds — no card reader hardware needed. Works with credit cards, SNAP/EBT, and supports tips for vendors.
